treat gift box

Hello
Today I have to share this 
cute treat gift box.

I saw on internet this idea but 
I cant found that page.
Lately I can't found anything!  LOL 
Basically I print house assemble it 
and put candy inside.
Outside I add few embellishments
 and put a twine.
